中国石油（601857/00857）发布公告，侯启军因工作变动原因，已于2025年6月30日向公司提交辞呈，辞去公司董事、副董事长、投资与发展委员会主任委员职务。
离任后，侯启军不再担任公司及公司控股子公司的任何职务。
2025年一季度，中国石油实现收入7531.08亿元，归母净利润468.07亿元。
