人民财讯6月30日电，和展能源(000809)6月30日晚间公告，公司二级全资子公司辽宁昌和风电设备有限公司作为供货方，与采购方北京普华阳光投资有限公司签订《牡丹江林口300MW风力发电项目钢混塔架采购合同》。合同标的物为54套160m钢混塔架，合同总价款为1.77亿元（含税）。
