在MSI入围赛的比赛结束后，淘汰赛的赛程也随之出炉。由于存在同赛区规避的原则，因此不需要再进行抽签。对阵的分组分别是：GEN-G2、AL-FLY、MKOI-BLG、CFO-T1。
