人民财讯6月30日电，6月30日，武汉有5宗涉宅用地出让，最终3宗地块底价成交、2宗溢价成交，总成交金额28.997亿元。其中，最热门的江岸区地块吸引了至少11家竞买人参与，经过106轮竞价，最终由绿城以6.645亿元竞得，成交楼面价27920元/㎡，溢价率54.36%。武江区地块经过45轮竞价由建发以12.202亿元竞得，成交楼面价16055元/㎡，溢价率22%。
