智通财经APP讯，CHI HO DEV(08423)公布截至2025年3月31日止年度业绩，收入约4.975亿港元，同比增长约41%;公司拥有人应占亏损为1230万港元，同比盈转亏;每股亏损1.54港仙。
公告称，亏损主要由于香港物业市场疲弱，导致集团于一间合营企业的权益确认减值亏损约1620万港元。
