晶丰明源（688368）发布公告，董事会秘书张漪萌因个人原因于2025年6月27日辞职，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。根据相关法律法规，张漪萌的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。她在任期内未直接持有公司股份，并在离职前已做好交接工作，辞职不会影响公司的正常运作。
在此期间，董事长兼总经理胡黎强将代行董事会秘书职责。
2025年一季度，晶丰明源实现收入3.27亿元，归母净利润-668万元。
