金融界6月27日消息，联得装备于2025年6月26日召开会议，审议通过了《关于作废处理 2023 年限制性股票激励计划部分已获授尚未归属限制性股票的议案》，由于10名激励对象离职不具备资格，将作废其已获授但尚未归属的5.70万股限制性股票，公司表示此举对财务状况、经营成果、核心团队稳定性及股权激励计划继续实施无重大影响 。
