金融界6月27日消息，2025年6月23日未名医药审议通过子公司北大未名（上海）生物制药有限公司向四川固康药业有限责任公司增资4500万元取得51%股权议案。截至6月27日公告披露，已完成固康药业相关工商变更登记与备案手续，固康药业注册资本由2000万元变为4081.6327万元，股权结构等多项内容变更。
