6月27日，明志科技（688355）发布公告，公司对2023年限制性股票激励计划的授予价格进行了调整。根据公告，调整后的授予价格由16元/股调整为15.55元/股。
调整原因是依据《上市公司股权激励管理办法》及相关规定，因公司于2025年6月25日实施的现金红利派发，每股派发现金红利0.45元。
2025年一季度，明志科技实现收入1.17亿元，归母净利润1320万元。
