在6月26日晚间的中超第15轮比赛中，上海海港3-0击败大连英博，本场比赛，19岁小将蒯纪闻替补出场送出助攻。
据统计，蒯纪闻以19岁118天的年龄成为自2012年4月山东泰山的王彤（19岁69天）之后，连场中超送出助攻最年轻的球员。
本赛季是蒯纪闻的中超联赛处子秀，他在各项赛事代表海港出场10次，其中4次为首发出场，贡献1球3助攻。
