6月26日，有网友在社交媒体发视频称，近日，上海东方明珠一块透明玻璃地板因天气炎热炸裂。6月26日下午，齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点记者联系到上海东方明珠客服。“我们第一时间紧急处理了，现在很安全。”客服说，目前正常营业。对于造成玻璃地板炸裂的原因，客服表示不接受采访。
