智通财经APP获悉，周四，金山云(KC.US)涨逾4%，报13.06美元。消息面上，近日，金山云发布公告称，认购事项已于6月17日完成，共配发6937.5万股认购股份，占公司扩大后股本的1.65%。认购人金山软件以每股5.83港元认购，募资总额4.04亿港元将用于基础设施升级、技术产品开发及营运资金。
