6月26日消息，世界经济论坛2025年新领军者年会于6月24至26日在中国天津举办。香港科技大学教授金刻羽表示，Deepseek只不过是第一波，中国国内有独一无二的优势，有领先的技术，还有规模优势，美国也有可能成为发明和创新的领先者，但是高科技的生产和推广同样重要。
她谈到，中国实施了AI+的项目，令人备受鼓舞。
