圣贝拉公布配发结果，公司全球发售1.097亿股H股股份，香港公开发售占43.48%，国际发售占56.52%。每股发售价6.58港元，全球发售净筹约6.3亿港元。预期股份将于2025年6月26日开始在联交所买卖。
其中，香港公开发售获193倍认购，国际发售获15.59倍认购。
