人民财讯6月25日电，企查查APP显示，近日，赛力斯汽车有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由103.05亿元增加至106.37亿元；新增中国移动旗下北京中移数字新经济产业基金合伙企业（有限合伙）、建投投资有限责任公司等为股东。企查查显示，赛力斯汽车有限公司成立于2012年9月，法定代表人为岑远川，现由赛力斯、国开制造业转型升级基金（有限合伙）等及上述新增股东共同持股。
