6月25日，亚邦股份（603188）公告称，为满足公司全资子公司江苏亚邦华尔染料有限公司的经营发展需要，促进公司及子公司整体的良性运营和可持续发展，公司拟以自筹资金以货币方式对亚邦华尔增资14500万元，增资完成后，其注册资本将从25500万元增加至40000万元。
