香港天文台今日（6月25日）发出特别天气提示，指出位于南海中北部的一个低压区正在逐渐增强，一个热带气旋似乎在形成中。受其影响，香港今日有几阵骤雨，明日骤雨较多并有狂风雷暴。香港天文台将于下午2时20分发出一号戒备信号（一号风球）。
