格隆汇6月24日丨天和磁材(603072.SH)公布，为满足包头天和磁材科技股份有限公司当前业务规划及未来发展需求，提升公司全资子公司天和新材料的资本实力和经营能力，公司拟以自有资金对天和新材料增资9,000万元人民币，本次增资完成后，天和新材料的注册资本由1,000万元人民币变更为10,000万元人民币。
