中铝国际6月24日晚间公告，公司于2025年6月24日与辛弗有限公司签署几内亚西芒杜项目Simfer矿区采矿运维合同，合同总金额约2.67亿美元，总计折合人民币约19.13亿元，约占公司2024年度经审计营业收入的7.97%，若合同顺利实施，将对公司当期及未来年度业绩产生积极影响。
