6月24日，联创光电（600363）发布公告，控股股东江西省电子集团解除质押187万股股份，占其所持股份的1.97%及公司总股本的0.41%，并将该部分股份再质押。
截至公告披露日，电子集团累计质押股份为7533万股，占其所持股份的79.52%及公司总股本的16.61%。
2025年一季度，联创光电实现收入8.01亿元，归母净利润1.16亿元。
