6月24日，电光科技（002730）公告称，为进一步提升公司算力服务板块业务，满足公司算力服务业务的发展需要，公司拟与黄开宇以自有资金共同投资设立北京电光云科技有限公司。北京电光云注册资本拟为1,000万元，其中公司以自有资金方式投入550万元，占注册资本的55%；黄开宇以自有资金方式投入450万元，占注册资本的45%。
