北京商报讯（记者 刘晓梦）6月23日，众泰汽车发布公告称，近日收到副总裁樊成伟的辞职报告，樊成伟因个人原因申请辞去公司副总裁职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。公司董事会同意聘任董事会秘书谢丽红为副总裁，其任期与公司第八届董事会任期一致。
