6月23日，众泰汽车（000980）发布公告，樊成伟因个人原因申请辞去公司副总裁职务，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效，辞职后樊成伟将不再担任公司任何职务。
公司董事会同意聘任公司董事会秘书谢丽红为公司副总裁，并同意授权谢丽红代行总裁职责，直至董事会聘任新任总裁之日止。
2025年一季度，众泰汽车实现收入9875万元，归母净利润-1.03亿元。
