6月23日，海王生物（000078）发布公告，控股股东深圳海王集团股份有限公司解除质押6363万股，占其所持的5.23%及公司总股本的2.42%；同时再质押同数量股份，质押用途为融资增信。
截至公告披露日，海王集团累计质押12.14亿股，占其所持的99.83%及公司总股本的46.15%。
2025年一季度，海王生物实现收入73.76亿元，归母净利润2372万元。
