北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）6月23日，国家金融监督管理总局新疆监管局发布《关于乌鲁木齐银行股份有限公司变更股权的批复》，同意乌鲁木齐市城市交通投资有限责任公司受让乌鲁木齐城市建设投资（集团）有限公司持有的乌鲁木齐银行约5.69亿股股份。受让后，乌鲁木齐市城市交通投资有限责任公司合计持有乌鲁木齐银行约5.69亿股股份，持股比例为14.22%。
