2025年6月23日，联翔股份(603272.SH)公告称，董事会于近日收到公司财务总监彭小红递交的辞职报告，彭小红因个人原因，向董事会申请辞去公司财务总监职务，其辞职申请自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，彭小红将继续担任公司董事、副总经理职务。
公告指出，经公司第三届董事会提名委员会第四次会议、第三届董事会审计委员会第十次会议审议通过，同意聘任周红芳为公司新任财务总监。
