北京商报讯（记者 刘晓梦）6月23日，小鹏汇天宣布，杜超正式加入小鹏汇天并出任首席财务官、副总裁。
资料显示，杜超曾在德意志银行工作10年，其后加入一起教育科技集团任职首席财务官，负责该公司的财务、战略、商业分析、投资者关系及法务工作，并带领公司完成美国纳斯达克上市。
