6月23日（周一），上交所发布的 指定交易 业务指南将正式实施。新规明确，对于投资者的撤销指定交易（从一家指定交易的券商解绑，方便换另一家新的指定交易券商）申请，券商要在当日办结，不得故意拖延或拒绝。
