调个酱汁:1勺蚝油,2勺生抽,1勺淀粉加半
碗清水搅拌均匀
锅中热油,放入葱花爆香,放入香菇翻炒至香菇变软,倒入调好的酱汁,翻炒收汁后出锅即可
晚餐:豆芽炒韭菜+蒸蛋羹
做法:豆芽炒韭菜:起锅烧油,放绿豆芽翻炒一会,放盐生抽调味
