主料:粉葛 200 克、鲜鲫鱼一条。

做法如下:
第一步:粉葛去皮切块。粉葛是广东地区特有的中药材,具有清热生津、解毒润肺的功效,所以非常适合炎热的夏天饮用。粉葛可以当蔬菜吃,也可以煲汤,今天我们就用它来煲汤。
第二步:将买回来的鲜鲫鱼刮鳞去除内脏后清洗干净,锅中烧油,放入姜片和葱白爆香,再放入鲫鱼煎至两面金黄即可出锅备用。
第三步:砂锅里加水煮开,放入煎好的鲫鱼和生姜片,小火慢炖 10 分钟左右,然后加入粉葛块继续熬制 30 分钟左右。
第四步:30 分钟后,汤色已经变得非常乳白了,这时我们放入葱叶调味,加点食盐即可出锅享用。
