6月20日，ST先河（300137）发布公告，实际控制人姚国瑞的一致行动人、持股5%以上股东李玉国将其持有的2688万股质押给姚国瑞控制的河北智新达能新能源科技有限公司，占其持股的69.54%及公司总股本的5.01%。
2025年一季度，ST先河实现收入1.89亿元，归母净利润1151万元。
