2025年6月17日18时50分，安阳交警北关大队执勤民警在中华路北段巡逻时发现一辆小型普通客车车内人头攒动，存在超员嫌疑，民警随即拦停检查。 经核查，该车核载5人，实载6人，超员20％。
民警现场对乘坐人员进行了教育，依法对驾驶人杨某处以罚款200元、驾驶证记3分。
