中诚信国际信用评级公司近日发布报告，决定将山西榆次农商行主体信用等级由BB调降至BB-，评级展望为稳定；将其发行的“18榆次农商二级01”和“19榆次农商二级”的债项信用等级由BB-调降至B+。值得注意的是，这是该行自2021年以来第三次被调降评级。
