新京报讯 据财政部消息，近日，世界银行执董会按简化程序批准了世行贷款中国河北省低碳城市项目。该项目旨在减少温室气体排放并支持河北省石家庄市低碳城市建设。项目利用国际复兴开发银行贷款2.5亿美元，贷款期限为30年（含5年宽限期）。项目执行期为2025年至2030年。
