中关村公告，公司近日通过向银行查询获悉公司部分银行账户资金被冻结，合计冻结金额235.2万元，占公司最近一期经审计货币资金的比例为1.55%，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的比例为0.15%，冻结金额占比较小。公司将按照相关会计准则计提预计负债，对公司本期利润产生负面影响。公司主要经营业务均在下属子公司开展，上述账户资金被冻结不会影响公司日常生产经营。
