格隆汇6月19日丨亚康股份(301085.SZ)公布，近日，公司收到恒茂益盛出具的《股份减持进展的告知函》及《简式权益变动报告书》，获悉恒茂益盛于2025年6月19日、2025年5月6日、2022年11月25日至2023年11月30日期间，因减持股份、持股比例被动稀释等原因，其持股比例从10.32%降至4.99992%，不再是公司持股5%以上的股东。
