人民财讯6月19日电，湖南海利(600731)6月19日晚间公告，近日，公司取得中国农业银行股份有限公司长沙天心区支行出具的《湖南海利化工股份有限公司股票回购专项贷款承诺函》，承诺贷款额度最高2亿元，贷款额度不超过回购实际使用资金的90%。贷款期限不超过3年。
