6月19日，首开股份（600376）发布关于子公司苏州平泰置业有限公司与金科集团苏州房地产开发有限公司的借款纠纷案进展。苏州平泰置业已收到一审判决书。
根据判决书，判决结果为被告金科苏州向原告苏州平泰置业归还借款本金4.72亿元及滞纳金，并支付律师费30万元。
2025年一季度，首开股份实现收入38.86亿元，归母净利润-10.79亿元。
