根据施工方通知，西宁市城东区开元路（金汇路—金桥路）已施工完毕，具备车辆通行条件。为方便市民出行，西宁公交集团决定于2025年6月21日（星期六）起恢复28路、82路、83路、K1路公交线路在该路段的通行。
