近日，上海嘉定警方在夜间交通整治行动中，发现驾驶员庞某涉嫌酒后驾驶 ，进一步核查发现，庞某的驾驶证早在2021年实习期间就因酒驾被依法注销，此次属于无证驾驶 。目前，庞某被依法吊销机动车驾驶证，5年内不得重新申领。
