6月19日，方大炭素（600516）发布公告，控股股东方大集团将其持有的3450万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的2.26%及公司总股本的0.86%；截至公告披露日，方大集团累计质押股份7.99亿股，占其所持股份的52.38%及公司总股本的19.83%。
2025年一季度，方大炭素实现收入8.50亿元，归母净利润694万元。
