上海三毛6月19日公告，公司控股股东重庆轻纺控股（集团）公司拟与重庆机电控股（集团）公司签订《股份无偿划转协议》，将其持有的上海三毛52,158,943股股份（占上海三毛股份总数的25.95%）无偿划转给机电集团。本次无偿划转完成后，公司控股股东将由轻纺集团变更为机电集团，但实际控制人仍为重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会。本次无偿划转不会对公司日常生产经营活动构成重大影响。
