韩国男星承认性侵中国女子，或将获刑7年

据韩媒报道，当地时间18日上午，首尔中央地方法院就31岁韩国偶像组合NCT前成员文泰一（音译，Moon Tae-il）等三人涉嫌性侵案进行一审。三人当庭承认所有罪行，并请求法庭轻判。报道称，韩检方请求判处三人有期徒刑七年，法院定于7月10日宣布判决结果。

Moon Tae-il, a former band member of the K-pop boy band NCT and also known as Taeil, pleaded guilty to rape charges in a Seoul court on Wednesday. Prosecutors have demanded a seven-year prison sentence for the K-pop singer's involvement in sexual assault on an inebriated Chinese woman.

During the first trial held at the Seoul Central District Court, Taeil and two accomplices were tried for violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.

据悉，去年6月13日凌晨2点33分左右，文泰一与两名被告在梨泰院一家酒吧偶遇受害者，据韩媒报道，确认受害者为中国国籍。法庭文件显示，文泰一等人与受害者并不认识。几人一同饮酒后，将醉酒的受害者劫持上出租车，带至住所，之后三人对失去意识的受害者实施了性侵犯。文泰一等人对上述起诉事实供认不讳，检方已请求判处三人7年有期徒刑。

According to the indictment, Taeil and his acquaintances met a Chinese woman in Itaewon, Seoul, last June. After drinking together, the woman became heavily intoxicated. Taeil helped escort her out of the bar and placed her in a taxi with one of the co-defendants, identified as Lee, sending her to Lee's home. Taeil and another friend, Hong, followed in a separate vehicle. The alleged assault occurred at Lee's residence.

法庭上，文泰一表示：“我曾是一名歌手，但已被公司解雇，目前靠在熟人餐厅做兼职维持生计。”他还透露，已向警方提交自首书，并艰难地与中国受害者达成协议，收到了对方的不处罚申请书，请求法庭从宽处罚。被告还称这是偶然犯罪而非故意犯罪。

When asked by the judge if he acknowledged the charges, Taeil replied, "I admit to all the charges." His two co-defendants also admitted guilt. The defendant stressed that it was an accidental crime and not a planned crime.

不过，检方对此予以反驳，指出根据群聊房短信内容，被告在意识到受害者为外国人后，为避免追捕，特意安排出租车在犯罪地点以外的位置被拍到，有明显逃避追查的意图。检方认为，这证明被告人并非临时起意，而是有预谋犯罪。检方还强调，虽然文泰一自称自首，但从案件实际情况来看，其行为性质恶劣，不应从轻量刑。

韩媒称，在作案后一天（6月14日），文泰一还进行了直播与粉丝互动，感谢粉丝的喜爱。去年8月，他还参加了该组合的粉丝见面会。同月底，几人首次接受调查。与此同时，NCT所属的经纪公司“SM娱乐”宣布文泰一退出该组合。之后NCT全体成员和SM娱乐的官方账号取消了文泰一的社交账号。

In August 2024, SM Entertainment officially announced that Taeil would no longer be part of NCT. His artist profile was also removed from the agency's roster.
