专访中国盲人足球队教练员王桂顺

去年9月，中国盲人足球队在巴黎残奥会上闯到了世界第五的位置。回顾中国队在巴黎的比赛，不乏可圈可点之处：客场迎战东道主法国、逼平卫冕冠军巴西、力克土耳其和摩洛哥……教练员王桂顺在赛后接受采访，为队伍展现的过硬技术和顽强精神打了满分。

　　不久前，2024年全国盲人足球锦标赛在福建福州举行，王桂顺在场边为国家队未来可能面临的新老交替物色起好苗子。近日，他接受记者专访时表示，巴黎残奥会后，中国盲足进入了发展新周期，应为新的征程做足准备。

　　自2008年在北京残奥会亮相摘银以来，中国盲人足球队已在连续5届残奥会上展现风采，成为世界盲人足球项目一支不可忽视的劲旅。“我们已经具备了与世界顶级球队一较高下的实力。”但王桂顺坦言，在世界舞台上站稳脚跟并更进一步绝非易事。从近几次国际性赛事的表现看，巴西队凭借其深厚的足球底蕴和出色的综合实力占据领先地位，阿根廷、法国等队技术与冲击相结合的打法也极具威胁。

　　“亚洲范围内，伊朗、日本、泰国等国的盲足发展势头也十分迅猛，我们必须不断努力，才能保持竞争力。”针对国际对手的不同打法，王桂顺提出应对策略。“我们可以借鉴国外优秀球队的经验，丰富自己的战术体系，为国家队培养更多全面型人才。”

　　随着新周期开启，新的备战工作紧锣密鼓地展开。王桂顺表示，中国盲足未来几年的主要目标是2028年洛杉矶残奥会，在此期间举行的几次国际赛事，将是提升队伍水平的重要途径。

　　“比如明年举办的IBSA男子盲人足球国家杯等比赛，都是锤炼队伍的重要节点。目前我们进行的国际交流还相对偏少，除了常规的国际赛事，我们还需要加强跟国外队伍的常态化交流，累积与国外强队交手的经验，学习其先进理念。”王桂顺说。

　　王桂顺透露，目前国家队正着手准备选拔新人，平稳度过新老交替的过程，同时总结经验教训，针对性地解决现有问题。“目前，队伍在把握进球机会方面还有待提高，我们将在训练中增加相应练习，还要加强管理，优化训练方法，保证队员们在关键时刻发挥出训练水平。”他说。

　　国家队水平与国内盲足项目开展状况密不可分。从今年全国盲人足球锦标赛上看，盲足项目正呈现出良好的发展态势。“今年共有16支队伍参赛，这是近年来队伍数量较多的一次。”王桂顺认为，各支队伍间的交流与切磋，促进了彼此的进步，也为后续训练提供了有益借鉴。比赛中涌现的一批年轻球员，也展现出巨大的潜力。

在王桂顺看来，要巩固和提升中国盲足的世界地位，还需进一步做好基础工作。“首先，要继续加大普及力度，利用盲校等资源开展盲人足球活动、提供更好的训练条件，吸引更多人参与其中，让更多有潜力的运动员崭露头角，扩大选材范围。另一方面，也要注重提升教练业务水平，通过开展培训、组织训练营等方式，让教练们更好地掌握先进的训练方法和理念。”

　　“从扩大普及面和提升教练队伍水平上长远布局，为整个项目的可持续发展夯实基础，中国盲足还能走得更远。”王桂顺说。
