金融界6月18日消息，森麒麟于2025年1月10日、2月6日分别召开会议审议通过2025年度为下属子公司提供连带责任担保，担保额度合计250,000万元人民币。近日，公司为子公司SENTURY TIRE USA INC.提供3500万美元综合授信担保，有效期至2028年6月6日。截至公告披露日，公司对外担保余额为28,203.82万元，均为全资子公司担保，占2024年经审计净资产2.09%，无逾期等异常情况 。
