东方财富6月18日公告，公司全资子公司天天基金与民生银行上海分行继续开展合作，民生银行上海分行向天天基金提供综合授信，公司就上述授信提供不可撤销连带责任保证，担保的最高债权额为40.00亿元及利息等。本次担保事项在公司2024年年度股东会授权范围内，无需再次提交公司董事会及股东会审议。
