6月18日，北信源（300352）发布公告，股东徐自发于2025年3月19日至2025年4月3日期间通过证券交易系统以集中竞价交易方式共计减持公司无限售条件流通股份1450万股，减持股份数量占公司总股本的1%。
截至本公告披露日，本次减持计划已期限届满。
2025年一季度，北信源实现收入6164万元，归母净利润-5282万元。
