6月18日，华勤技术（603296）发布公告，公司全资子公司上海摩勤智能技术有限公司拟以2500万元人民币认购安徽高新元禾璞华私募股权投资基金合伙企业的二期募集份额，占该基金认缴出资总额的1.61%。
此次投资不构成关联交易，也不涉及重大资产重组，符合相关法律法规的要求。
2025年一季度，华勤技术实现收入349.98亿元，归母净利润8.42亿元。
