北京商报讯（记者 张君花）6月18日，美妆品牌橘朵母公司橘宜集团宣布，已正式与皮肤学级科学护肤品牌百植萃签署收购协议。此次收购是橘宜集团布局科学护肤赛道的重要举措，标志着其多品牌、多赛道美妆矩阵的进一步完善。百植萃创立于2012年，以"医研同行，科学护肤"为核心理念，致力于为问题肌、敏感肌人群提供安全、有效的护肤解决方案。
