2025年6月18日消息，大连海宝食品股份有限公司的全资子公司大连海宝渔业有限公司股东于2025年6月10日作出股东决定，以截止2024年12月31日经审计的海宝渔业财务报表累计未分配利润21,060,655.44元为基数，分派现金股利20,000,000.00元。公司持有海宝渔业100%股权，海宝渔业为公司范围内全资子公司，本次利润分配对公司合并利润表无影响 。
